Paula Artacho

Associate Attorney

Paula Artacho is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. Her practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, employment law, and civil and commercial litigation.

Paula is known for her precision, strong advocacy, and steady composure. She approaches every matter with strategic insight and care, guiding clients through complex disputes with clear, consistent communication and a deep commitment to achieving justice.

Paula earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she developed her passion for litigation through trial advocacy and mock trial participation. She gained valuable experience interning for the Honorable Jose M. Rodriguez of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office, strengthening her courtroom and client-advocacy skills.

She also worked with clients in the Prosecution Innocence Project and the Death Penalty Clinic, experiences that deepened her understanding of the justice system and reinforced her commitment to fairness and due process.

Originally from Brazil, Paula is fluent in Portuguese and English and conversational in Spanish. She is an active member of the Broward and Miami-Dade Chapters of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association, and the Florida Justice Association. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
