Cheryl Linton Robinson

Cheryl Linton Robinson is a co-founder of Linton Robinson & Higgins and practices out of our Miami Location.

Attorney Robinson is an experienced and tenacious litigator who is committed to providing high quality legal representation to all her clients. She specializes in prosecuting and defending civil liability cases and focuses on fighting for victims of accidents, medical negligence, products liability and premises liability cases. Over her career, she has litigated hundreds of cases achieving multimillion dollar verdicts on behalf of her clients. In 2003, Attorney Robinson co-founded the law firm of Cazeau, Linton Robinson, LLC, where she spearheaded the firm’s litigation and trial work until the firm closed in 2018.

Attorney Robinson began her legal career as a prosecuting attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. Prior to earning her law degree, she interned with the Honorable Bobby W. Gunther, fmr. Chief Judge at the 4th District Court of Appeal; the Palm Beach County Public Defender’s Office, Appellate Division, and the City of Miami, City Attorney’s office.

Attorney Robinson is dedicated to her community, having served as president of the Gwen S. Cherry Black Women Lawyers Association (GSCBWLA), and mentor to at-risk youth and children aging out of the foster care system. She is also an avid animal lover and a member of the Florida Bar Animal Law Section.

Attorney Robinson earned her law degree from St. Thomas University, School of Law in Miami, Florida, where she was awarded as top legal intern for her work at the City of Miami. A native of New York, she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Long Island University, C.W. Post College, Greenvale New York.

Anna Avrasin Higgins

Anna Avrasin Higgins is one of the co-founders of Linton Robinson & Higgins. She is admitted to practice law in both New York and Florida and works out of our New York and Miami offices.

Attorney Higgins is an experienced and tenacious litigator who is committed to providing high quality legal representation to all her clients. She specializes in prosecuting and defending complex civil and commercial litigation cases and concentrates her practice on cases involving: Construction Litigation, Construction Accidents, Construction Defect, Business Litigation, Labor Law, Employment Discrimination, Premises, Property and Security Liability, Professional Liability, Environmental and Toxic Tort, General Liability, Insurance Coverage Litigation, Medical Malpractice and Products Liability. Attorney Higgins was recognized in excellence in the fields of Complex Civil and Commercial Litigation by Lawyers of Distinction in 2022.

Attorney Higgins has tried over 100 cases in her career and amassed innumerable favorable verdicts for her clients. She graduated with a law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and received an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Russian from Florida State University. Attorney Higgins has tried cases in the State of New York and Florida at both the State and Federal levels. Attorney Higgins immigrated to the United States from the Ukraine and speaks Russian fluently.

Charlotte Kaysen

New York

Charlotte joined team LRH in 2022. Charlotte earned a B.A. in Political Science and Women’s Studies from Duke University and a J.D. from New York Law School. Prior to joining LRH, Charlotte worked for a plaintiff’s firm protecting and representing survivors of gender-based violence, cyber harassment, and discrimination. She was a Volunteer Law Graduate at New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault and has interned at Day One, Anti-Defamation League and the New York Law School Cyber harassment Clinic. She is a member of the New York City Cyber sexual Abuse Task Force. Charlotte has presented on the intersection of gender violence and human trafficking as a featured speaker at the 11th Annual International Human Trafficking & Social Justice Conference (2014).
